PRINCE2 Agile practices and processes help a project stay controlled while delivery teams adapt. Foundation candidates do not need to memorize every possible agile technique in isolation. They need to understand how practices support PRINCE2 process logic.

Process thinking

PRINCE2 processes give the project a management flow: start correctly, direct at the right level, initiate with a sound basis, control stages, manage product delivery, manage boundaries, and close responsibly. Agile practices can make those processes more responsive by improving feedback, transparency, prioritization, and learning.

Practice thinking
