Risk Strategy and Planning: preliminary document analysis, project environment, appetite, thresholds, strategy, planning artifacts, and stakeholder engagement
Risk Identification: structured identification exercises, assumption and constraint analysis, triggers, thresholds, and register quality
Risk Analysis: qualitative prioritization, quantitative methods, and the interpretation of threats, opportunities, complexity, and compliance impact
Risk Response: response strategy selection, ownership, contingency logic, implementation, and residual or secondary risk effects
Monitor and Close Risks: performance data, variance, residual risk monitoring, updates to project documents, reporting, and closeout discipline
