AACE CCP Performance Analysis

Performance analysis turns project data into a management decision. CCP candidates should expect questions that include cost, schedule, progress, trend, forecast, or recovery information and require an interpretation.

This chapter treats performance analysis as more than earned value formulas. Formulas are useful only when the underlying progress measurement and baseline are credible.
