PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner v2 Risk, Change, Progress, and Evidence

PRINCE2 Agile needs evidence that supports decisions. Agile transparency gives useful evidence: completed work, feedback, impediments, flow, quality, risk signals, and forecast information.

Risk and change

Agile teams may discover risk and change earlier because they inspect working products more often. The stronger Practitioner answer uses that learning. It does not suppress change, and it does not accept every change without control.

Progress evidence

Progress should be based on real delivery signals. A task list that shows effort spent is weaker than evidence of completed, accepted, usable work. Burn charts, boards, demos, and flow measures can help, but the project still needs management-level interpretation.

Governance evidence

Evidence should answer management questions: Are we still justified? Are we inside tolerances? Is value being delivered? Are risks controlled? What decision is needed now?
