GPM-b Practice Drills

GPM-b practice guidance for scenario reading, calculations, written responses, answer discipline, and readiness checks.

Use this page when you want to move from reading into sustainability scenario drills and evidence-based judgment. Practice is strongest after you can explain how a choice changes impacts, governance, and measurement.

Review every missed question by asking which decision cue you overlooked: materiality, evidence, stakeholder effect, artifact ownership, governance authority, PRiSM delivery logic, P5 lens selection, or reporting risk.

Best timing

  • start with short topic drills after each study block
  • log misses by impact, governance, or measurement mistake
  • revisit the Cheat Sheet after each short set

What you should already be able to explain

Before you lean heavily on drills, you should already be able to explain:

  • how P5 thinking changes a normal project decision
  • why materiality and evidence matter more than broad sustainability language
  • how procurement, governance, and lifecycle impacts connect in the stronger answer

What to log when you miss

  • Did you choose a generic green-sounding answer without evidence?
  • Did you ignore lifecycle, governance, or measurement implications?
  • Did you miss how a sustainability choice changes risk, scope, procurement, or quality?
  • Did you accept a closeout, supplier, or reporting claim before the project had a baseline or owner?

If the same pattern repeats, go back to Overview or the matching section in the Cheat Sheet before drilling again.
