This syllabus map converts the GPM-b curriculum into the public PMExams reading path. It is not a replacement for official PMI eligibility or purchasing information, but it is the coverage checklist for the guide.
Domains and lessons
Sustainable Methods (70%): 17 lessons on sustainability initiatives, PRiSM, sustainable value, management planning, ethics, governance, process architecture, P5 lenses, and people-planet-prosperity impacts.
Delivery Methods (30%): 9 lessons on applying sustainable methods through PRiSM delivery, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, transition, closeout, governance, and social-impact scenarios.
How to use the map
Read the higher-weighted area with more repetition, but do not skip Delivery Methods. The exam can test a concept from Sustainable Methods through a delivery scenario, such as a closeout claim, supplier issue, governance review, or stakeholder impact.
Use the map as a coverage checklist after each study session. If you cannot explain what artifact, evidence, or decision changes in a lesson, reread that page before doing more practice questions.
