Mindset is the first PMI-ACP filter. This domain tests whether you actually think like an agile practitioner or whether you are only adding agile language to predictive instincts.

Stronger answers protect empirical learning, transparency, collaboration, and adaptation. Weak answers chase certainty too early, centralize decisions unnecessarily, or treat feedback as noise instead of guidance.
