Study PMP Domain: Process: key concepts, common traps, and exam decision cues.
Process is the largest current PMP domain. It tests sequencing and control logic, not just terminology. The stronger answer usually puts the next management action in the right order: plan, verify, monitor, adapt, then close.
Stronger answers ask what triggered action, which artifact matters, and whether the situation calls for analysis, execution, escalation, or formal change control.
