Overview of what PMI CSPP tests, how the exam is structured, and how candidates should approach preparation.
Use this overview before you move into the full PMI CSPP guide. The exam rewards practitioners who can translate sustainability intent into project action, evidence, governance, and responsible communication.
CSPP questions are likely to feel practical rather than purely definitional. A scenario may describe an objective, supplier claim, disclosure pressure, stakeholder concern, or P5 impact and ask what the project manager should do next. Treat each domain as a decision lens: what is the sustainability issue, who is affected, what evidence is missing, what artifact should own the decision, and how should the result be reviewed or reported?
