Study PgMP Domain: Governance: key concepts, common traps, and exam decision cues.

Governance is where PgMP shows that program leadership is not informal coordination. This domain tests whether you can design and use decision structures, thresholds, reporting routines, and assurance practices that keep the program aligned and controllable.

Stronger answers use governance to improve decision quality. Weak answers either bypass it for speed or hide behind it without solving the real problem.
