Strategic Program Alignment covers strategic fit, the program case, roadmaps, boundaries, and early priority choices.
Program Life Cycle Management covers initiation, planning, component coordination, control, transition, and closeout logic. This is the largest domain and should take the largest share of your time.
Business Alignment covers benefits logic, investment reasoning, business-case discipline, and value-based prioritization.
Stakeholder Engagement covers sponsor alignment, influence, expectation management, resistance, and the engagement moves that preserve program support.
Governance covers decision rights, gates, oversight, escalation, reporting, and assurance.
